בהמשך למכתבו של מר ניר רייס –סגן בכיר לממונה על השכר במשרד האוצר מיום, 1.7.2008 להלן הוראות משרד האוצר:

בהתאם להסכם הקיבוצי מיום 24.1.2008 (ראה חוזרנו לבעלויות תשס"ח, )4/כיוון שלא הושג עם ארגון המורים כל סיכום בדבר רפורמה, יש להפסיק החל ממשכורת חודש יולי את תשלום תוספת השעה הפרטנית בסך 4.5% לעובדי ההוראה המועסקים בבעלויות.

מובהר כי אין לשלם במהלך החודשים יולי-אוגוסט את רכיב השכר, לרבות חלקיות כלשהי מתוספת השכר ששולמה.
